IMPORTANT: Please read the information below regarding ordering periods and ship times.
Orders are not available for pick up. Ordering Periods: Orders placed by the 15th of each month with delivery by the 15th of the following month. Special ordering dates for the summer of 2013: Orders placed between June 17th and July 15th will be delivered by August 2nd. Orders placed between July 16th and August 12th will be delivered by August 30th. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to a PO Box, please be sure to enter a physical address for delivery. If not, a delay in delivery may result. RETURNS & EXCHANGES For defective merchandise or shortages, you can obtain a Return Authorization by calling our corporate office at 952-979-1337. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA#) number. Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges due to sizing will be accepted for unworn and unwashed items within 45 days and will incur a 10% restocking fee as well as a $7.00 exchange shipping fee. Please review our sizing chart. |
